Android is Google's operating system and many of the company's apps come pre-installed in Google's OS. For the information of the people, let us tell you that whenever the handset manufacturer wants to provide Android operating system in its handset, then the company has to sign an agreement with Google related to MADA i.e. Mobile Application Distribution.

This agreement means that whenever a company launches its Android smartphone in the market, Google's apps must be pre-installed in the device, which no customer can uninstall even if they want to. Let us tell you that the allegation on Google is that the company affects the competition in the market by its work.

Remind that NCLAT had started hearing on this matter from 15th February, the Supreme Court had asked NCLAT to give its verdict on this matter by 31st March. Please tell that the company has denied all the allegations leveled against it in this matter.
