PhD from IIT Delhi
Laxmidhar Behera was born in Talasara village of Balasore, Odisha. After doing schooling from his area, he got admission in higher education in NIT Rourkela. After doing MTech from here, he went to IIT Delhi. From here he took PhD degree. He has been a specialist in many subjects of mechanical engineering.
