Don't exercise

Some people do not exercise. This also increases the risk of high BP. It has been told in many research that not doing physical work is directly related to high BP and heart disease. That's why it is important to take out time every day and do some exercise for at least 15 minutes. In this, you can also do slow running, cycling, swimming and jogging. Even walking 10,000 steps daily can keep your health good.

Not controlling obesity

When your diet is not good and you do not exercise, then obesity can increase in the body. Obesity is also one of the reasons for the onset of high BP in individuals. According to the American Heart Association study, increasing obesity leads to cardiovascular disease and high BP. High BP is seen in 10 to 20 percent of people suffering from obesity.
