Seven of PoK, four districts of Gilgit Baltistan

33 districts of Punjab, 8 districts of Sindh, 9 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, three districts of Balochistan, seven districts of PoK and four districts of Gilgit Baltistan are included. The census work was extended for two weeks in these districts. The final figure is to be presented today, May 15.

Pakistan's population will increase further in the coming time

If we look at the Pakistan population growth rate, it is known that since 2017 it is continuously increasing. For example, the population growth rate in 2017 was 1.34 percent, which has now increased to 1.9 percent in 2023. It can be understood from this that the population of Pakistan will increase more rapidly in the coming times.

Punjab is the most populous province of Pakistan

At present, Punjab is the most populous province of Pakistan with 12.12 crores. It is followed by the population of Sindh (56 million), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (39 million), Balochistan (20.8 million) and Islamabad (23 million).
