Healthy Milk

If you want to make healthy milk for the baby, then add dry fruits like dates and almonds to it. While heating milk, boil date palm in it as well, but do not add sugar to it because date palm contains natural sugar. The child will find it tasty and his immunity will increase.

Raisin water

Raisins with calcium, carotene, iron and many antioxidants are the key to stay healthy. To avoid corona, people drank a lot of its water. You can give its water to the child or even eat it directly.
