Ingredients to make Amritsari Paneer Tikka
Paneer cubes 20 to 25
Roasted gram flour half cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Ajwain 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
oil as needed
salt to taste
How to make Amritsari Paneer Tikka
To make Amritsari Paneer Tikka, you have to cut the paneer into big pieces.
After this, roast the gram flour in a pan on low flame.
In a bowl, add roasted gram flour, celery, red chili powder and chaat masala. Along with this, add garlic paste, two spoons of oil and salt as per taste and mix it well.
Make a fine paste by adding two spoons of water to the roasted gram flour. When this marination becomes thick and ready, mix paneer pieces in it and wrap it in the marination.
With this, heat the oil well in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, deep fry the marinated paneer pieces in it.
Similarly, fry all the marinated paneer pieces in hot oil till they turn golden brown and then take them out in a plate.
You can serve green chutney with these marinated paneer pieces.
