Fertility test before marriage! Royal family in controversies due to revelations… know what happens

Fertility test is directly related to the ability to give birth to a child. Actually, infertility can occur in both men and women i.e. both can be responsible for not being able to have a child.

Big name and small philosophy! Fertility test for bride before marriage That is, the guarantee that she is capable of becoming a mother or not? It is not just a matter of test. The dishonesty is that this test was done fraudulently. The woman thought it would be a routine checkup. But no, it was a test to increase the progeny. Seeing the headline and photo of the news, you must have understood that we are talking about the royal family of Britain .

Britain's royal family is once again in the news due to the revelations and claims in the book written on themselves. Tom Quinn, who was close to the royal family, has written a book - "Gilded Youth: An Intimate History of Growing Up in the Royal Family". This book is also in discussion these days and some of the claims made in it are putting the royal family in the dock.

Fertility test done without informing

Princess Diana, a former member of Britain's Royal Family, was married to Prince Charles, but in 1981, Diana had to undergo a fertility test before marriage. The surprise is that Diana was not even told about this test at that time. And not only Princess Diana, the same happened with her daughter-in-law Princess Kate Middleton in 2011. She also underwent a fertility test before her marriage to Prince William.

In the book Gilded Youth, Tom Quinn reveals that Diana did not even know she was to undergo a fertility test. He thought that he was taken to the hospital for a general medical checkup. The author claims that then he met Princess Diana.

Diana said-

“I thought it was a pre-marital checkup being done by the in-laws side. as a routine check. I was naive at that time and could not even understand anything. Later I came to know that it was actually a fertility test.

According to the book, when Princess Diana's son Prince William announced his marriage to Kate Middleton in 2011, Kate was also given a fertility test before the wedding. However, Kate never said anything about it.

Kate was from upper middle class

Coming from a wealthy middle-class family, Kate Middleton is about 6 months older than Prince William. Kate's mother was a flight attendant, while her father was a flight dispatcher. Later he started supply business in parties and became rich. In 2002, at a charity fashion show in St Andrews, Kate walked the catwalk in a skimpy dress that caught the attention of Prince William.

In 2003, both of them started dating each other. William proposed to Kate in 2010. On 29 April 2011, William and Kate were married at Westminster Abbey in London and Kate Middleton is today the mother of three children (Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis).

Reason to embarrass

The reason given by Tom Quinn in his book behind the fertility test is going to embarrass the royal family. According to him, it is a tradition in the royal family of Britain that if a boy from the royal family i.e. Prince wants to marry another or a common girl instead of a girl from another royal family, then the girl will have to undergo a fertility test before marriage.

Means fertility test only because the girl does not belong to any royal family! According to the author, the British royal family is worried about progeny and therefore the royal family wants to be sure beforehand whether the girl will be able to become a mother in future or not. The author expressed apprehension that if Kate had failed the test, she might not have been married to Prince William.

Now know about fertility test

Fertility test is directly related to the ability to give birth to a child. Actually, infertility can occur in both men and women i.e. both can be responsible for not being able to have a child. But it is also a social problem related to social taboo and thinking that women are often held responsible for not being able to become a mother. Well, from the fertility test, this information can be obtained whether a woman or a man will be able to become a parent or not. Or why the couple is not able to have a child.

1. In this, the medical history of the couple is first ascertained. Like problems related to women's menstrual cycle or ejaculation related problems for men.

2. Pelvic exam is a test related to women. In this, by inserting two lubricated gloved fingers inside the woman's vagina, the doctor checks the size of the uterus and ovaries. They also see that there is no swelling or growth in these areas.

3. Hormones play an important role in pregnancy. In such a situation, a lab test is necessary before pregnancy, especially when a woman has had a miscarriage in the past.

4. In the fertility test, the woman's uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries are examined. It includes tests like ultrasound, HSG and sonohysterogram.

5. With the help of surgery for endometriosis, uterine disorders and damage to the fallopian tubes, the chances of conceiving a pregnancy are increased in some women. For this laparoscopy and hysteroscopy are done.

6. Physical exam, hormones test, sperm and semen test, anti sperm antibody test and genetic testing etc. are done for fertility test in men.

7. There can be another reason for infertility in men - retrograde ejaculation. In this condition, sperms are released but instead of forward, they reach the back side of the bladder. The reason for this could be blockage or surgery.

Overall, the point is that not only women, but men can also be responsible for infertility. In such a situation, when only women are examined for not being able to become a mother, it is bound to raise questions socially. This was done in the royal family only because the bride to be of the prince was not from any other royal family.
