Consumption of these fruits can be dangerous for diabetic patients


Eating fruit is beneficial for health. 
But there are some fruits which can prove to be dangerous for the diabetes patient. These fruits are high in sugar. Which can increase the sugar level.

Watermelon- Watermelon is a good fruit for summer. It contains about 90 percent water. It helps in keeping your body hydrated. It contains a high amount of sugar. Therefore, diabetic people should not consume it too much.

Kiwi- Consumption of kiwi is a good fruit to increase immunity. But about one cup of cut kiwi contains 16 grams of sugar. Which is harmful for diabetic people.

Mango - Mango is eaten with great fervor in summer. But one cup of mango contains about 23 grams of sugar. Therefore, a diabetic patient should not consume it too much.

Cherries- Cherries are eaten as a snack in summer. There is about 20 grams of sugar in a cup of cherries. Which can increase your sugar level. Eating fruit is good for health. But diabetic patients should consult the doctor once, in what quantity and what fruits they should eat.
