Shake with salt

Heat water in a pan and add two to three teaspoons of salt. Keep feet in this water for 10-15 minutes. Pain and swelling of the heel will be relieved.

Massage with clove oil

Massage with clove oil instead of pain. This increases your blood circulation and relaxes the muscles. Massage with clove oil is beneficial in case of leg pain.

Use turmeric in food

If you have pain, you must use turmeric in your diet. Drink turmeric milk. Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties, which helps in reducing inflammation.
