Scalp dirt has increased the problem during winter season, know the home remedies to get rid of it.

We often have to face flaky scalp because of the products we use to enhance the beauty of our hair. Actually, most of the hair care products contain harmful chemicals which damage our hair and dry the scalp, due to which the problem of flaky scalp occurs.

In cold weather, girls face difficulty in shampooing due to which they do not wash their hair for many days. Due to accumulation of dirt, the scalp starts itching which later on causes the problem of flaky scalp. To get rid of this, we use many expensive anti-dandruff shampoos. The shampoos available in the market contain a lot of harmful chemicals which further aggravate the problems of our scalp.

To get rid of flaky scalp, it is not necessary that you use only anti-dandruff shampoos from the market. Rather, you can get rid of the problem of flaky scalp by applying some things present in the house. These tips will not only solve your scalp problems but will also make your hair thick and strong.

Massage scalp with lukewarm oil

During winter season, scalp becomes dry due to cold winds. To moisturize it, massage your scalp with lukewarm oil. Some time before shampooing, heat coconut oil lightly and apply it on the scalp. This will increase the strength of your hair. Do this 2-3 times a week, only then you will get its benefits quickly.

keep wearing a hat

To protect from cold winds, we definitely wear a hat or scarf. But this also benefits our hair. Wearing a scarf or cap releases natural oil in the scalp, which helps in maintaining moisture in the scalp. For healthy hair, cover your head with a soft satin scarf or silk cloth.

Make shampoo at home

Use of chemical based shampoos available in the market causes hair damage because harmful chemicals are used to make them. To prepare anti-dandruff shampoo at home, use Amla, Reetha, Shikakai. For this, wrap Rita in a muslin cloth and keep it to boil in a vessel. Let it boil for at least 10 minutes. After this, when the reetha becomes soft, filter this water. Now you can wash your head with this water. You can also add Amla and Shikakai powder in it.

spray clove water

Cloves have anti-inflammatory properties due to which it is effective in removing scalp problems. This not only cleans the scalp but also improves hair growth. To make this, crush 3-4 cloves and then boil it with 2 glasses of water. When the color of the water changes, leave it to cool. Now add tea tree oil to it and spray it on hair 30 minutes before shampooing. After spraying, massage the scalp in circular motion. This will remove the problem of itching in the scalp and will also strengthen the hair.
