Unboxing the parcel
First of all, keep one thing in mind that while ordering, select the open box delivery option in which you unbox the phone by making a video in front of the delivery person.
Identifying counterfeit or refurbished phones
As soon as you take the phone in your hand, first of all check the IMEI number of your phone. In fact, all smartphones are given a unique numeric number of 15-17 numbers, which is called IMEI code.
To check this, go to your phone's settings and click on the General option.
After this, go to the About section and check the IMEI number of your iPhone.
If you do not see any IMEI number showing here, then your iPhone may be a fake model.
Check online like this
If you want, you can also check your phone's IMEI number online. For this, go to appleid.apple.com and sign in with Apple ID.
After this, go to the devices option, now here you will be shown the series and IMEI/MEID number.
Select the device option here. If you have purchased a new iPhone, then match the IMEI number shown on your iPhone with the IMEI number written on the phone box.
Apart from this, also check the external look of the phone carefully, if any defect is found then immediately talk to customer care.
