The woman was in the ninth month of her pregnancy and had reached Aligarh's CHC for delivery . But he did not have one thousand rupees to give to the nurse . In such a situation, the nurse and other staff did not admit him to the hospital. Rather told to go to medical college . As soon as the woman came out of the hospital, her pain intensified.

According to the information, Bablu Singh living in Aligarh is a daily wage laborer and his wife Suman Devi also works with him. According to Bablu, he took Suman to the nearby Community Health Center on Friday afternoon when she had labor pains. There the doctor after seeing asked for admission, but the nurses of the hospital demanded one thousand rupees for admission.
When he could not give the money, the nurses told him to go to the medical college. Even after a lot of pleading, the hearing did not happen, so he came out of the hospital. Meanwhile, the wife's pain increased further and soon she was delivered on the road. He told that it was a matter of pride that there were some women there too. Seeing the situation, who immediately covered with a saree and got the delivery done safely. But due to this the condition of his wife and child became critical.

After this his wife was taken to the Medical College. At the same time, after catching the matter, the CMO Aligarh has ordered an inquiry into the matter. On the other hand, in-charge of Ijlas CHC, Dr. Rohit Bhatti told that the entire matter is being investigated. District level officers have also inspected the spot.
