Kerala: NCB caught drugs worth 12000 crores, sending underworld don Dawood to India, wires connected to ISI too

Working with the Navy's Intelligence Wing, officers received input about a "mother ship" carrying a large quantity of methamphetamine off the Makran Coast around Pakistan and Iran.

A large consignment of drugs was seized in a joint operation by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) and the Indian Navy, an anti-drug agency. This consignment was caught from a big vessel near the Kerala coast, whose weight is 25 quintals i.e. 2500 kg. The name of the drug is methamphetamine. Its cost has been estimated at Rs 12,000 crore. Meanwhile, NCB's DDG Operation Sanjay Kumar Singh has revealed that the vicious person sitting in Pakistan is sending drugs worth crores of rupees to India.

It has been told that the strings of seized drugs worth 12 thousand crores have been found to be linked to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim and Pakistan ISI. Agencies have become alert. They have arrested a suspected Pakistani citizen with drugs, through which the truth will come out. NCB has issued a statement saying that after stopping a vessel in the Indian Ocean, a Pakistani national was detained in connection with the drug seizure. He and the drugs were brought to the Mattancherry coast in Cochin. The agency has started investigation to probe the entire network.

NCB has described the seizure of methamphetamine drug as the biggest in the country so far. He says that the drugs were seized from the "mother ship". NCB has told that a mother ship is a big vessel which distributes drugs to different boats on the way. The source of the drug was "Death Crescent". The agency has identified areas of Afghanistan, Pakistan and Iran as Death Crescent as the drug supplied to the country comes from these areas only.

NCB laid trap to catch drugs

The NCB says that while working with the Intelligence Wing of the Navy, the officers received input about a "mother ship" carrying a large quantity of methamphetamine from the Makran coast around Pakistan and Iran. After this, all the inputs were analyzed and a possible route was identified from where the drug was to be supplied through the mother ship. Accordingly, the complete details have been shared with the Indian Navy and a naval ship has been deployed in the vicinity. After this the entire operation was carried out.
