According to experts, if a person eats lean meat and vegetables, then according to low fat diet, it is healthy and while he eats refined sugar, then it comes in unhealthy diet.

They found that whether a person takes a healthy or unhealthy diet, but the risk of death due to low fat diet is less, but due to low carb diet, the risk of death increases by 38 percent every year.
