Cannes Film Festival is a huge event for the fashion industry. In its 74th edition, where celebrities were seen flaunting their fashionable style on the red carpet, Tasty Foods or Dishes also dominated the event. Indian stars continue to shine in Cannes, but an Indian chef was also seen making headlines at the event. A chef named Prateek Sadhu tried to win everyone's heart with the taste of French and Indian dishes. Actually, a dinner was organized in Cannes by Union Minister Dr. L. Murugan and it has been named 'The Journey Menu'.

It was organized under the International Year of Millets and many Indian dishes were served in it. The dishes were prepared by renowned chef Prateek Sadhu himself and their taste was amazing.

Chef Sadhu shared the moment of feeling proud by sharing the post on Insta. The chef wrote, 'Cannes 2023. It is a matter of pride to present India through a dinner organized by the Honorable Minister. I am happy that I won everyone's heart with Indian food recipes.

Chef Sadhu prepared many dishes here, one of which is Khasi and it is called Turangabai, which is served with local bread Puthrao and smoked tomato chutney. Pepper fry from Tamil Nadu and Millet Thoran from Kerala were also served in it. The special thing is that the chef prepared and served many French and Indian style dishes. In this a combination of millet pulao and French fish was tried. Sandesh Sweets of West Bengal and Maharashtrian Chikki and Mysore Pak were served here along with Kashmiri Kahwa. Unique dishes like French Beans and Aam Panna Custard were also included in this menu.

Last year, Chef Manu Chandra had served many tasty things at the dinner organized by Union Minister Anurag Thakur. Chef Prateek's experience has also been long. He has worked with legendary hotels like Taj and Leela and also started his own restaurant in Mumbai.
