He will sign a new agreement to increase student mobility between India and Australia. For this, together with Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, he will sign the "most comprehensive and most favorable recognition agreement". "I will be leading a delegation of leaders from the Australian higher education sector to India this week to promote our institutional partnership and collaboration between our two countries," he said in a statement. During the visit this week, I and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will sign a mechanism for mutual recognition of qualifications. Which will decide the rules of mutual recognition for access to education in both the countries.

Claire said that this would be the most comprehensive and most favorable accreditation agreement signed by India with any other country and would enhance student mobility between the two countries. Earlier, Pradhan had visited Australia last year. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese will visit India next month.

Australian university campus will open in India

According to media reports, at least two Australian universities are in contact with the central government to open campuses in India. The campus of Deakin University is expected to become operational from next year. In such a situation, students will be able to study in this campus from next year itself. It is being told that this university will first start admission in post-graduate course.
