The girl demanded money
The woman first demanded money from the young man and said that if he did not do so, she would implicate him in a false case of rape. He ignored the girl's threat. After this, the woman lodged a complaint of rape. The girl also alleged that the father of her child is also a young man. At the same time, the young man told the court that the woman is lying and has made a wrong complaint. Finally, after a few months, the court acquitted the young man considering him innocent.

The fast track court of Kozhikode said that a married woman cannot accept a second marriage proposal. That's why the relationship created by promising marriage cannot be considered as rape. This decision was given on 12 December 2022. The court said that the father of the woman's child is not 25 years old and it was proved in the investigation.
The girl kept telling lies
In the year 2018, while working in a private firm in Mannarkat, the two fell in love. The girl took money from the young man several times. When the young man had asked his girlfriend to accompany him to his house in Kozhikode, the girl cleverly avoided him. After this, the girl went to Kozhikode on the pretext of job. There she married another person. On the day of her wedding she called her lover. That day the young man suspected him. When she came back to meet her lover in Mannarkat, she had a new ring in her hand. The girl lied to him that her parents had met with an accident. After that he bought this ring from the money he got.
Girl's pole exposed from Facebook
After seeing the message and some pictures on Facebook, the young man came to know about his girlfriend's cheating. The person from Idukki had sent him the pictures of his wedding. His girlfriend and that young man got married. After this he stopped contact with the girl. After this she went to the Mannarkkad police and complained against him for not paying the money. Then the girl did not allege rape.
He gave Rs 30,000 to the girl to get rid of the case. Later, the woman again demanded money from him and threatened to press charges of rape for not giving it, after which she complained of rape against him for not listening to her.
