Ingredients to make vermicelli kheer

a liter of milk

1 cup pitted dates

Half teaspoon cardamom powder

3 tbsp ghee

4 tbsp cream

1/2 cup roasted vermicelli

1/4 cup pistachios

1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup almonds

3 tbsp raisins

1 teaspoon rose water

3 to 4 saffron threads

How to make vermicelli kheer

step 1

Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan. Fry some vermicelli in it once more. Now take it out in a plate. After that keep it aside.

Step – 2

Add ghee in the same pan. Add dry fruits and raisins to it. Fry these things. After that take them out in a bowl. Then cut them into pieces.

Step – 3

Now take some dates. Take out their seeds. Keep them in hot water for some time. After this, make a paste of these dates.

Step – 4

Heat milk in a large vessel. Cook this milk till it reduces to half. Cook the milk in such a way that it becomes half. Do not let it stick to the bottom.

Step – 5

Now turn off the gas. Add roasted vermicelli, rose water, date paste and fresh cream to it.

Step – 6

After this turn on the gas again. Mix dry fruits in it. Add cardamom powder and saffron threads. Cook it till it becomes creamy and thick. Serve it after garnishing with dry fruits.
