Maruti Brezza CNG has been launched in India. This CNG SUV was showcased by the company at the 2023 Auto Expo. This new CNG car can be bought in a total of 4 variant options, which include LXi, VXi, ZXi and ZXi Dual Tone. It will be sold through Maruti Suzuki's ARENA dealership.

The design of the Brezza CNG is similar to that of its petrol model. Apart from this, the new Brezza CNG gets engine options like Grand Vitara, Ertiga and Maruti XL6.

Features of Maruti Brezza CNG

The car comes with features like petrol and CNG fuel lid, CNG drive mode, digital-analog fuel gauge and fuel change switch. Apart from this, the car gets 9-inch Smartplay Pro infotainment system, electric sunroof, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, keyless push start and cruise control.

Maruti Brezza CNG Engine

The SUV is powered by a 1.5-litre K15C dual-jet petrol engine with a factory-fitted CNG kit. In CNG mode, its engine generates power of 87.8 PS and peak torque of 121.5Nm. Whereas in petrol mode, its engine outputs 100.6PS and 136Nm.

Its engine is paired with a 5-speed manual gearbox. However, earlier reports suggested that the Brezza CNG will also be offered with an automatic transmission option. According to the company's claim, it can give a mileage of up to 25.51km/kg .

Maruti Brezza CNG Price

The starting price of Maruti Brezza CNG is Rs. 9.14 lakhs, which goes up to Rs. 12.06 lakhs. These prices are as per ex-showroom. The Brezza CNG will compete with the Tata Nexon CNG in the Indian market, which will be launched in the coming days.

Let us tell you that Brezza CNG is the 14th product from Maruti to come with factory fitted CNG kit. With this, CNG option will now be available with all the cars sold in the ARENA dealership network.
