In the preliminary investigation, the police is calling it a suicide. In such a situation, the theory of the police and the current situation are raising many questions. In fact, the floor from which Ramesh fell to his death, there is a railing of 3.5 feet in that apartment. The police does not find it natural for someone to fall from such a high railing.

At present, the police recovered Ramesh's body from the spot and sent it for postmortem. The body has been handed over to the relatives after the post-mortem. According to media reports, this incident is of Gurugram Sector 53 police station. The head constable here Praveen Kumar told that the incident took place in the afternoon. When this incident happened, Ramesh was present at home with his wife.

It is being told that Ramesh had gone to the balcony for some work and suddenly his feet slipped and he fell down. When he fell down, the people around gathered there. People took him to the hospital where he was declared brought dead. Meanwhile, the police was informed. Police has recovered the dead body. In this whole matter, at present, the family members have not expressed any doubt on anyone, nor have they lodged any complaint against anyone.

Is Ramesh's death an accident or suicide?

The relatives told that Ramesh had no problem of any kind. However, the police have registered a case under section 174 of CrPC and have started investigation. Under this section of CrPC, the police do this to find out the cause of death of a person. In this, it is investigated that if the person has died due to suspicious reasons, then what is the real reason behind his death. Now a big question has arisen in front of the police whether Ramesh fell suddenly or committed suicide.
