Bollywood veteran late Raj Kapoor was also known as Showman.

Bollywood veteran late Raj Kapoor was also known as Showman. Now even though he is not among us, but the things related to him keep on being mentioned even today. Meanwhile, another big and historical property of Raj Kapoor has been sold. Actually Raj Kapoor's Chembur bungalow spread over several acres has been sold. Before this bungalow, in May 2019, an important part of Raj Kapoor's memories i.e. 70 years old RK Studio was also sold.

One thing that is very special about both these properties is their buyers. Let me tell you, RK Studio and Chembur bungalow have been bought by the same company and this company is none other than Godrej Properties Ltd. After coming to the fore of this news, everyone wants to know that for how much money Godrej has done the deal for this property. However, this information has not been revealed yet.

But it is believed that Raj Kapoor's heritage would not have been sold at the normal price. This company is now planning to develop a luxury residential project on this property. Talking to the stock market, Godrej Properties Limited has told that they have bought this land from the Kapoor family, the legal heirs of Raj Kapoor. The statement of Gaurav Pandey, CEO of Godrej Properties has come to the fore on this matter. He says, "We are happy to add this prestigious property to our portfolio and are grateful to the Kapoor family for giving us this opportunity."

Let me tell you, in the year 2019, RK Studio was also bought by Godrej Properties Limited Company. RK Studio was owned by Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor. RK Studio is spread over 33 thousand square meters. Let me tell you, RK Studio was founded by Raj Kapoor in 1948. A part of this property was burnt. Because of which the Kapoor family had made up their mind to sell it.
