
Loss to these companies
Among the top-10 companies, Reliance Industries, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Finance and HDFC have been in losses in the last week. At the same time, the past week has proved beneficial for TCS, Hindustan Unilever and Infosys in terms of market valuation. Reliance Industries, the most valuable company, has suffered a loss of Rs 41,706.05 crore in its market valuation last week. At the end of the week, its market capitalization has come down to Rs 16,08,601.05 crore. At the same time, the market valuation of SBI has come down by Rs 17,313.74 crore to Rs 4,73,941.51 crore.
The market valuation of private sector ICICI Bank has fallen by Rs 13,806.39 crore to Rs 6,01,156.60 crore. Similarly, the valuation of HDFC Bank has declined by Rs 13,423.6 crore to Rs 7,92,270.97 crore. During this period, the valuation of housing finance company HDFC Limited has fallen by Rs 10,830.97 crore to Rs 4,16,077.03 crore. At the same time, the valuation of Bajaj Finance has come down by Rs 10,240.83 crore to Rs 4,44,236.73 crore. Whereas, the valuation of Bharti Airtel has also registered a decline of Rs 8,731.55 crore last week and it has been Rs 4,44,919.45 crore.
These companies benefited
However, there has been an increase of Rs 20,144.57 crore in the valuation of Infosys this week, taking the total to Rs 5,94,608.11 crore. The valuation of another IT company TCS has also increased by Rs 7,976.74 crore to Rs 10,99,398.58 crore. Apart from this, the market capitalization of Hindustan Unilever (HUL) has increased by Rs 4,123.53 crore to Rs 6,33,649.52 crore last week.
Despite this fluctuation in market capitalization, Reliance Industries remains the most valuable company in the country. It is followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, HUL, ICICI Bank, Infosys, SBI, Bharti Airtel, Bajaj Finance and HDFC respectively.
