Recently a video has surfaced in which Amitabh was seen reminiscing his childhood memories. Actually, Amitabh Bachchan is telling the things said by his father Harivansh Rai Bachchan to a contestant. Actually, while talking to Surbhi Geete of Kaun Banega Crorepati, when she told Big B that Agatha Christie is her favorite author. Amitabh then tells him that once in school he participated in a play, the story of which was based on Agatha Christie.

Further Amitabh Bachchan said that I practiced till the last day of the play. But, when I had to act, I could not go. He told that he had to be diagnosed on the last day due to deteriorating health. The doctors told me to stay in the hospital. Unfortunately, I could not be a part of that play, someone else did my play in my place. My hospital was on higher ground, so I could hear them and see how someone else is performing in my place. That day was Founders Day, I was in the hospital so my parents also came there.

Couldn't forget the father's lesson

Not only this, Amitabh Bachchan further said that that day my babuji was sitting next to me in the hospital till the show was over. He taught me a lot that day. He said - if it is of the mind, it is better, if it is not, it is better. Hearing this, I asked him how this could happen. Then he said that do not go according to your plan. God's planning is better than your thinking and understanding. Because they will definitely do better than your plan and plan better for the future.

Even today, Big B remembers that story

Recalling the practice of that school play, actor Amitabh Bachchan shared this anecdote on the sets of Kaun Banega Crorepati. He further said that "in that story slowly everyone dies and the side workers who are there, they slowly collect everyone's dead body and give it to the judge. Those workers were lifting everyone in school and later came to pick me up too. And, I was asking them not to lift themselves. Because I still had more to do."
