Everyone cleans their houses on Diwali. Homes are decorated with different types of decorative things. It is said that Maa Lakshmi resides only in a clean house. This year Diwali will be celebrated on 24th October, Monday. In such a situation, if you have also started a cleaning campaign, then do not forget to remove those things from the house, which can anger Mother Lakshmi. If you see such things in the cleaning of Diwali, then throw them out immediately.
Broken pots
According to Vastu, there should not be broken or cracked utensils in your kitchen. It is not considered auspicious to have such utensils in the kitchen. Therefore, during the cleaning of Diwali, take them out of your house. There is no harm in taking out broken utensils once in a year.
Fragmentary photographs and sculptures
Many times old pictures or idols of gods and goddesses are lying in the house of worship. According to Vastu Shastra, worship of such idols or pictures leads to defects. Broken idols of deities should never be worshipped. Before Diwali, float these idols or pictures in water and install new idols in the house.
Do not keep a bad clock in the house
Let us tell you that even a bad clock should be thrown out of your house. A stopped clock indicates bad times. A stopped clock should never be hung on the wall of the house. The festival of Diwali brings with it the message of a new beginning. In such a situation, take out the stopped or bad clocks from the house.
Throw away bad bulb
Diwali is also called the festival of lights . In such a situation, you should keep in mind that no corner of the house is in the dark. Change the damaged bulb in bathroom and balcony etc. before Diwali. It is said that if there is darkness in any corner of the house, then Goddess Lakshmi gets angry and goes back. Therefore, take special care of things related to bad bulbs or lights.
