How to add a message

Up to 50 shortcut messages can be stored in Quick Reply. If you want to add a message to Quick Reply, the process is very simple. First of all you have to open WhatsApp Business app. After that tap on 'More' option. Here after tapping on 'Business Tools', select 'Quick Reply' option. To add any message of your choice, tap on 'Shortcut' and then 'Save'.

• Open the chat where you want to send the message.
• Tap on Attach
• Tap on Quick Reply
• Now select the desired shortcut message.
• The selected message will automatically appear in the text input field.
• If you want, you can edit the message to make some changes, otherwise send it directly.

Quick Reply Method

If you want to do a quick reply from the text input field, open the chat and type '/'. Here you will see all the shortcut messages you have added including the default quick reply. Select whatever message you want to send for quick reply. After being selected, that message will automatically come in the text input field. You can edit it if you want, otherwise just send it.
