Singing 'Jana Gana Mana' has been made mandatory in all madrasas in Uttar Pradesh from last Thursday. When asked whether similar steps need to be taken for Madrasas in Karnataka also, Ravi said, "It is not a matter of discussion. They should do this on their own, not after any instruction.
