Tips To Identify Real Or Adulterated Paneer: Often whenever people feel like eating something good, then only dishes related to paneer come in people's mind, whether it is Matar Paneer or Paneer Paratha...

Tips To Identify Real Or Adulterated Paneer: Most people like to eat paneer. There are many reasons for this. Paneer is awesome in taste. Also it is good for health as well. But paneer is good for health when it is fresh and unadulterated. If your paneer is fake then it can have a bad effect on your health. Eating adulterated cottage cheese can cause problems ranging from stomach pain, skin diseases and headaches to typhoid, jaundice, ulcers or even diarrhea. Although it becomes difficult to guess the real or fake by looking at most of the cheese, but it can be detected after tasting it. Today we have brought some such easy tips and tricks for you which will help you to identify real and fake paneer while buying paneer.

First method- Boil paneer in water and then cool it. After cooling, put a few drops of iodine tincture on the paneer. If the paneer turns blue, then the cheese is adulterated and otherwise you can consume it without any problems.

Another way- Take a small piece of paneer in your hand and try mashing it. If the paneer starts falling apart then it is fake because the skimmed milk powder present in the paneer is unable to bear much pressure and the paneer gets shattered.

Third solution- Boil the paneer in water and after cooling put soybean or tur dal powder on the paneer and leave it for 10 minutes. If the color of paneer starts turning red, then understand that your paneer is fake because it happens due to adulteration of detergent or urea in paneer.

Fourth Remedy- Unadulterated paneer is not hard, but adulterated paneer is hard. Not only this, while eating fake cheese, it stretches like rubber.
