Lemon juice- The vitamins and proteins in lemon can help prevent vomiting. You can drink a glass of fresh lemonade or squeeze a lemon into a glass of water and drink it. You can mix honey with water for sweetness.
Clove- Clove can help in providing quick relief from nausea. To stop vomiting, keep some cloves in the mouth for some time. You can also boil a spoonful of cloves in a glass of water and then drink this water for relief.
Green cardamom- Green cardamom can be used to treat nausea. It is effective in treating vomiting. You can either chew on a cardamom when you feel nauseous or eat it with honey. Add a little honey, half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well in a bowl. Use it to stop vomiting.
Fennel- Fennel, eaten as a mouth freshener, can also stop vomiting. It helps in preventing vomiting by refreshing the taste of your mouth. You can chew fennel or drink a cup of fennel tea. You can add fennel to your masala chai or boil a teaspoon of fennel in water. After that filter and drink, you will feel very light.
