How to prevent cold, cough and seasonal flu in the rain 


To avoid any disease, your immunity should be strong. If you take care of your diet during the rainy season, then you will not get sick soon. Also, you need to make some changes in your eating habits. 


1- Drink turmeric milk- First of all, you should make a habit of drinking turmeric milk daily to avoid cold cough. Turmeric milk is hot in effect and contains antibiotic elements. That is why it is drunk more in winter. But nowadays to avoid corona virus and viral flu, you must drink a glass of turmeric milk every night before sleeping. Drinking turmeric milk will also keep cold and cough away.

2- Must eat Chyawanprash- You should also eat Chyawanprash in the changing season, especially in the rain and cold. In Ayurveda, chawanprash is considered a medicine that protects you from many types of infections. Try to eat a spoonful of Chyawanprash with milk every night. With this you will not have the problem of cold and cough. Along with this, immunity will also be strong. 


3- Do take steam when you get wet- If you have also gone in the rain and you have got a problem of cold and cough. So do take steam. Taking steam will open the blocked nose and will also reduce the swelling of the respiratory tract. If you want, you can take steam with normal water or you can also take steam by adding a little tea tree oil, eucalyptus oil, lemongrass oil, clove oil.
