On this auspicious occasion of Eid, people forget their grievances and go to each other's house and congratulate Eid. There is a special tradition of offering sacrifices on this Eid.
Know why sacrifice is given
Sacrifice has great importance in the religion of Islam. This is the reason why on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Azha, Muslims make sacrifices to please and please their Lord. According to the beliefs of Islam, once Allah, under the trial of Hazrat Ibrahim, ordered him to sacrifice his favorite thing in his path. Because his son was the most dear to him, then Hazrat Ibrahim told this to his son as well. In this way his sons agreed to sacrifice in the way of Allah. And as soon as he put a knife on his son's neck, by the order of Allah, the sheep was jibbed in his son's place. This shows that Hazrat Ibrahim gave importance to the love of his Lord more than the love of his son. Since then, the process of making sacrifices in the path of Allah is going on.

At the same time, there are three parts of the meat of sacrifice, in which apart from your home, the meat of sacrifice is distributed to your relatives and the poor.
