Keep these things in mind while consuming eggs, otherwise there will be harm instead of benefit

Many of us
eat vegetarian food , many of us are non-vegetarians. So many people also like to eat eggs very much. Then whether it's boiled eggs, egg yolks or egg fritters. Many people love to eat inda for breakfast On the other hand, people who go to the gym or work out to get fit also eat eggs, but did you know that there are many things to keep in mind when eating eggs? Because, if we don't do this, it can harm us instead of benefiting us. So let us know in detail about this.

Many of us like to eat boiled eggs and do this very often when winter comes, but this can be harmful if the eggs are boiled for too long. When an egg is boiled above a certain temperature, many of its nutrients are lost. According to a study, instead of cooking eggs late, the vitamin-A present in them is reduced by about 17 to 20 percent.

You may have noticed that people go to the gym to build their bodies. Many of them eat raw eggs, but this should be avoided. In fact, raw eggs contain proteins in different parts and not all of them can be found in each other due to their composition, but if you cook eggs, the isolation of proteins is broken and all these proteins are found together. This also makes it easier for the body to digest protein.

Eggs can also increase the risk of heart disease. This is because the egg yolk contains a lot of cholesterol. For example, if there is a large egg, it contains about 212 milligrams of cholesterol. So when eggs are cooked at a higher temperature, this cholesterol is oxidized and converted into oxysterol. This is a concern for many people. This is because oxysterol also increases the risk of heart disease.

Whenever an egg is eaten, it should be eaten fully cooked. If the egg is fully cooked and eaten, it is considered very safe to do so. This is also easily digested when the egg is fully cooked. According to many researches, while 51 per cent protein is found in raw eggs on one hand, up to 91 per cent is found in cooked eggs on the other hand. So many structural changes in proteins also occur due to temperature. Therefore, it is advisable to eat the eggs only after they are fully cooked.
