Not 50-100 crores, Thalapathy Vijay demanded so much fees for his last film that he is unable to find a producer

In February this year, Tamil film industry's big actor Vijay launched his political party. He also said that he is going to quit acting now. However, before leaving the film industry, he is going to gift two films to his fans. However, now one of his films seems to be in trouble. It is being said that his film is not getting a producer.

The first of the two films that Vijay is going to bring is 'The Greatest of All Time'. The title of his second film is not yet finalized. At present, that project has been named 'Thalapathy 69'. 'The Greatest of All Time' is all set for release. This film will be released on September 5. However, according to a report by Koimoi, 'Thalapathy 69' is not getting a producer.

Why is Vijay's film not getting a producer?

The news said that DVV Danayya of 'RRR' was reportedly going to produce this film, but now he has withdrawn his hands. The reason behind this is said to be Vijay's fees. It is being said that earlier he was charging Rs 200 crore for this film. However, then he demanded 250 crores. Also advised to include H. Vinoth as director. However, Vinoth is not a brand in South cinema, who can bring back a good return to a big budget film.

Why is Vijay quitting acting

Vijay is leaving acting because now he wants to devote himself completely to politics. He wants to focus on the assembly elections to be held in the state in the year 2026. He has named the party he has formed as 'Tamizhaga Vetri Kazhagam'.
