In summer, milk and other food items start spoiling very quickly, in such a situation, if you want to save milk from spoiling, then you can take help of the tips mentioned in this article. Let's know how to keep milk fresh for a long time in summer.

Summer brings with it many problems. The problems increase even more in this season for those who do not have a refrigerator in their house. Actually, due to heat, milk along with food items also gets spoiled very quickly. In such a situation, we adopt many tricks to avoid this loss, but the increasing heat of North India has made everyone's condition worse. In this season, if we cook food and keep it outside, it gets spoiled very quickly. Not only this, the problems increase in this season for the people who go to office, the food kept in lunch gets spoiled due to hot weather. On the other hand, if the milk kept at home is kept outside for a long time, it becomes sour.

In summers, while people make tasty things like lassi, mango shake from cold milk, the milk kept outside becomes sour and useless. If the milk kept in your house also gets spoiled due to rising temperature, then you can adopt the tips given here.

1. Boil the milk at the end

If packaged milk is stored in the fridge, the chances of it getting spoiled are greatly reduced. However, if you want the milk not to turn sour, then boil it as soon as it comes to room temperature after bringing it from the market. When the milk boils, keep it in the fridge only after cooling it.

2. Store in the refrigerator

Store milk properly in the fridge, do not keep it with curd or tomato vegetable. Do not keep milk packets or bottles near the gate of the fridge, because they can be exposed to the outside temperature when the fridge door opens. On the other hand, if you have kept the milk in a vessel, then keep it inside the fridge.

3. Do not keep milk outside for a long time

To prevent milk from turning sour, do not keep it out of the fridge for a long time. Take it out of the fridge only when you have to use it and put it back in the fridge immediately after the work is done. When milk comes from cold to hot temperature, a yellow layer starts forming in it.
