The results of Lok Sabha elections-2024 have been declared. This time no single party has got majority. However, the BJP-led alliance NDA has got 292 seats. At the same time, 234 seats have come in the account of India Alliance. In such a situation, now everyone's eyes are on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu. JDU has got 12 seats and TDP has got 16 seats. Together, there are a total of 28 seats, which have become very important in the current situation.

Can India form a coalition government?

NDA government seems to be forming at the centre, but since BJP's seats are less than 272, India Alliance is also brainstorming to form the government. India Alliance has a total of 234 seats. It will need 38 MPs to reach the figure of 272. Nitish and Naidu have 28 MPs. If they join hands with India Alliance, its figure will reach 262. It will need 10 more MPs. These 10 MPs can come from others who are not part of any alliance.

If Owaisi, Pappu Yadav, Chandrashekhar Azad join India Alliance, then there will be no surprise in that. At the same time, the mood of Khadoor Sahib MP Amritpal and Ferodkot MP Sabarjit Singh Khalsa will also have to be monitored. Apart from these, four MPs of YSRCP can also go somewhere else. After adding them, the number of India Alliance will reach 271. After this, Engineer Rashid and Harsimrat Kaur Badal can also go to any side. Both NDA and India Alliance can keep an eye on their steps for the next 5 years. Engineer Rashid is in jail. He was arrested in 2019 in the case of terror funding.
