Mix Fruit Jam

To make mixed fruit jam, you need 5 to 6 apples, 1 papaya, 3 bananas, 1 kg grapes, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 500 grams pineapple, 5 to 6 teaspoons citric acid and sugar as per taste.

How to make Mix Fruit Jam

To make this, first wash the fruits thoroughly with water and peel them and cut them into small pieces. Now place a non-stick pan on the gas and add papaya, pineapple, grapes and apple along with some water and boil it. After this, when it becomes soft, take it off the gas and then add banana to this mixture.

Now take a mixer and put all the fruits in it and grind them well. After this, add lemon juice to it and mix it well. Now once again put this mixture in a non-stick pan. Keep in mind that the gas flame should be low. Now add sugar and salt to it and keep stirring the pan so that this mixture does not burn.

When the sugar dissolves well in this mixture, turn off the gas and now add citric acid to it and then let it cook on the gas for 2 to 4 minutes. The mixture cooking on low flame would have thickened by now. Now taste it. The fruit jam is ready, now just let it cool down.
