Sunny Deol accused of fraud and forgery, did not pay Rs 2.5 crore to producers

Sunny Deol is busy shooting for his upcoming films these days. But along with films, the actor is also in the news for his personal life. Producer Saurav Gupta has accused Sunny Deol of fraud and scam. The actor is accused of refusing to do the film after taking money.

After the tremendous success of 'Gadar 2', Sunny Deol has once again become the choice of the makers. Sunny Deol is working on many of his films, whose release is eagerly awaited by the audience. Fans keep an eye on the information related to the actor's films. But in the meantime, Sunny Deol's name is once again in the news. However, this time he is in the headlines not because of his films but because of cheating with the producer.

In fact, recently film producer Saurav Gupta has accused Sunny Deol of fraud and scam. The producer has alleged that the actor took crores of rupees from him for a film, but when the time came to do the film, he did not work. Last week Saurav Gupta also held a press conference, in which he said that in 2016 he had made a deal with Sunny Deol for a film. But after Gadar 2 became a hit, Sunny went back on his word.

Gupta, while talking to HT City, recalled that he had signed an agreement with Deol in 2016. According to that, he had to work in a film for which he was to be paid Rs 4 crore. If Gupta is to be believed, he had given Sunny 1 crore in advance for the film. But Sunny decided to do the Poster Boys film before his film.

The producer also says that Sunny kept asking him for money and he has given Rs 2.55 crore to the actor so far. Apart from this, Sunny Deol also asked him to give money to other directors, book Filmistan Studios and take an executive producer. But in the year 2023, Saurav Gupta came to know that the Deol company had cheated him.

The producer alleged that we read the agreement, one page of which was changed, according to which the fee amount increased from Rs 4 crore to Rs 8 crore and the profit share increased to Rs 2 crore. Not only this, filmmaker Sunil Darshan has also agreed to the allegations of Saurav Gupta.
