If you want to try something different instead of sweets and pakodas to feed the guests at home on Holi, then Palak Patta Chaat is also a better option. After eating this, your guests will also become happy and will praise your food.

On the day of Holi, people go to each other's houses and paint them. In such a situation, the guest coming to the house is not allowed to leave without feeding something, especially on the occasion of festival. In this, people prepare different types of dishes at home according to their culture. But many people do not like sweets much, and many do not want to eat sweets because of sugar. In such a situation, you can make something special for your guests.

Everyone serves sweets during festivals but you can also prepare something spicy. Something which the guests will keep licking their fingers after eating and will not be able to live without praising you. So today we are going to tell you the recipe of Palak Patta Chaat which will double the fun of your Holi.

Spinach Patta Chaat

It is quite common to serve chaat and pakoda as snacks on the occasion of Holi. But if you want to make something different for family members and guests, then Palak Patta Chaat will also be best. Due to which you will get the crunchy and crispy texture of the pakodas along with the spiciness of the chaat.

Material

Spinach leaves 10 to 12, gram flour – 1 cup, red chili powder – 1 teaspoon, rice flour – 2 teaspoons, cumin powder – 2 teaspoons, oil as per requirement, green chutney – 1 cup, whipped curd – 1 cup, Gram flour sev – 1 cup, salt as per taste, finely chopped onion – 1 cup, chaat masala – as per taste, some garnished pomegranate seeds

Recipe

Now first of all wash and clean the paler leaves thoroughly and dry all the water using a kitchen napkin. Mix gram flour, rice flour, salt and red chilli powder well in a vessel and add water to make a batter of the consistency of pakodas. Now add spinach leaves to this batter and mix, then fry it in hot oil until it becomes golden and crispy. Now to remove extra oil, place it on tissue paper or napkin so that the napkin absorbs all the extra oil.

Now arrange the fried spinach leaves on a plate and add chaat masala, green chutney, sweet chutney and curd beaten with a little sugar one by one. After this add red chilli powder and brown zari powder on top and then add gram flour sev. Now serve it by adding finely chopped tomatoes, onions and garnished pomegranate seeds on top.
