A police officer said that the deployment of police personnel outside the university is a precautionary measure. This has been done in view of the Ram Mandir consecration ceremony and the upcoming Republic Day.

On this whole matter, the university administration said that the students were removed from there as soon as the protest started. Apart from this, there was no problem of any kind in the exam. Everything happened properly. Jamia had given holiday in the first half due to which the exams of the first shift were postponed. At present the administration is investigating.
