Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold a road show in Jaipur with French President Emmanuel Macron and will go to see the historical heritage of Rajasthan. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and French President Emmanuel Macron will be on a visit to Jaipur today. During this, Macron will visit cultural monuments, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall and Amer Mahal. The plane of the French President will land at Jaipur airport at 2.30 pm. This information has been given by the Ministry of External Affairs. After this he will leave for Delhi at around 8:50 pm. This time he is also the chief guest of the 75th Republic Day.
It has been told that after reaching Jaipur airport, Macron will go to Amer Palace from here. After Amer, we will reach Jantar Mantar and start the yatra. It is here that Prime Minister Modi will welcome him at 5:15 pm. Then both of them will start the roadshow at 6 o'clock and see the historical heritage of Rajasthan. Both the leaders will stop at Hawa Mahal and a handicraft shop near it at 6:15 pm. It is being told that both the leaders will also drink tea at Hawa Mahal. The road show will end at Sanganeri Gate at 6:25 pm. After this both will leave for Rambagh Hotel for dinner.
It has been told that both the leaders will also hold bilateral talks in Jaipur. There will be talks on cooperation in a wide range of areas including digital domain, defence, trade, clean energy, youth exchanges and easing of visa norms for Indian students. Matters like India's proposed purchase of 26 Rafale-M (Marine version) fighter jets and three Scorpene submarines will also be included in the talks. It is expected that Modi and Macron will also discuss matters like increasing maritime cooperation in the Indo-Pacific, Hamas-Israel war, situation in the Red Sea and Ukraine war.
Emmanuel Macron will also meet President Murmu
The French President will also meet President Draupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan on Thursday evening. At the same time, France's contingent is going to be the center of attraction in the Republic Day parade. The French contingent includes a 33-member band and a 95-member marching contingent. There will be six Indians in the French marching squad. The march past will also include two Rafale fighter aircraft of the French Air Force and an Airbus A330 multi-role tanker transport aircraft.
