Varanasi District Court has given a big decision regarding the survey report of Archaeological Survey of India conducted in Gyanvapi Mosque. The court has said that a copy of this survey will be given to all the parties.
The survey report of the Archaeological Survey of India on Gyanvapi Mosque will be given to all the parties. The fast track court has given this decision. However, at present this copy will not be made public. It is believed that the court order will be received this evening. After this the parties will have to apply to the court. After the application, a photocopy of the survey report will be given to the parties
Recently, an ASI survey was conducted in Gyanvapi Mosque located near Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi. There was a demand to make this report public for the last several days. Regarding this, the case was heard in Varanasi court. In this the court ruled that this report will be given to all the parties.
Report filed in fast track court a day before
Archaeological Survey Department i.e. ASI has filed the report in the fast track court a day before. This report was filed in the Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court. Earlier this report was to be filed on January 25, 2024. This survey report was filed on the instructions of Allahabad High Court.
Lawyer said- will apply for certified copy
In the Gyanvapi case, Hindu side's lawyer Vishnu Shankar Jain says that the court heard both the sides today, after listening to both the sides, the court ordered that the certified copy of the ASI report should be made available to both the parties. Our legal team will apply for this certified copy.
It will take a week for the report to be made public
After the court order, it became clear that the ASI report would be given to all the parties. However, it will take a week for this survey report to be made public. Actually, all the parties will have to apply in the court for the survey report of ASI. After this, photocopies of the survey report will be given to the parties. This entire process is expected to take more than a week.
