Health experts say that if you are going out of the house, then definitely wear a face mask. Along with this, keep yourself fully hydrated. Along with this, blood pressure and diabetes should also be checked. Include foods rich in anti-oxidants like oranges, berries and turmeric etc. in your diet. Include food items rich in Omega-3 fatty acids like salmon in your diet. Along with this, do breathing exercises.
