Girls' hair should be tied, full sleeves banned, know dress code for UPSSSC PET exam

UP PET 2023 exam will be conducted on October 28 and October 29. The admit card of the exam will be released on the official website- upsssc.gov.in. Before going to the exam center, you can see the dress code and guidelines for male and female candidates here.

UP PET exam is going to be conducted in a few days for recruitment to Group B and C posts in the government departments of Uttar Pradesh. Candidates applying for this exam can check the details of the exam by visiting the official website- upsssc.gov.in. Before appearing in this examination, keep the guidelines of the exam center in mind.

The registration process for UP PET 2023 exam started on August 1, 2023. Candidates were given time till August 30, 2023 to apply for this. This examination will be held in various districts of UP on 28 and 29 October 2023. Details of exam dress code can be seen below.

UP PET Exam Dress Code Guidelines

Just before the UP PET 2023 exam, new guidelines will be issued by UPSSSC, in which the dress code and things to be followed at the exam center will be written. According to last year's notification, the exam center guidelines can be seen below-

Before going to the exam centre, make sure to print a hard copy of the admit card. Along with this, keep 2-4 passport size photographs with you. The photo should be latest.

Candidates should carry any one ID card with them. In this, you will have to carry either passport, Aadhar card, PAN card or driving license.

As per the previous notice, any kind of electronic devices are banned inside the exam centre. Candidates will have to leave their mobile phones, smart watches, headphones, earphones, laptops outside the exam hall.

In the dress code, male candidates are banned from wearing full sleeve shirts inside the exam hall. Dress codes were also issued for women candidates last year.

Women will not have to come with face covering. Come to the exam center wearing only half sleeve dress. Also, you will not be allowed entry if you come wearing any kind of jewellery. Also, girls' hair should be tied with a simple rubber band.

UP PET 2023 Admit Card

UP PET exam admit card is going to be released by UP Staff Selection Commission (UPSSSC). The admit card for the examination will be released by the commission on the official website - upsssc.gov.in. After the admit card is released, candidates can download it by logging in with their registration number.
