3. After this, you will be asked to submit the necessary documents. After doing this, OTP will come on your phone. After filling all the documents, select the option to make payment. Note that if the payment fails once, you will have to pay the fee of Rs 50 again.
4. After doing this simple process, your Arka Learning License will be delivered to your home within 7 days. But if you want to get your permanent license made, then for this you will have to go to the RTO office.
5. Without a driving license, you cannot drive on the roads in India, so it is also used as a personal verification document. It is applicable for 20 years from the day the driving license is issued.
