Anurag Kashyap is one of the best filmmakers of Bollywood. In his career, he has given films and series like Black Friday, Gangs of Wasseypur. Initially he was also a part of Salman Khan's film Tere Naam, but then he was dropped from this film. Anurag himself has told about this in one of his recent interviews.
Salman Khan's film Tere Naam was released in the year 2003. Anurag said that he was not asked to leave this film. He said that the shooting of the film had started and he was not even informed about it. Talking about the controversy, Anurag told that he had advised Salman Khan to grow chest hair for the film, on which Salman did not say anything, but the producer reacted.
Later, Satish Kaushik took over the responsibility of direction of this film. Anurag told that Satish Kaushik did not know that he was a part of this film earlier. In the same interview, he also revealed that he has not met Salman Khan for 20 years.

Anurag said that after Tere Naam he has not met Salman Khan again. In fact, he came up to him a couple of times and said hello.
