In this, it has been said on behalf of Bank of Baroda that the borrower Ajay Singh Deol alias Sunny Deol owes Rs 55.99 crore to the bank and interest on it. It has not recovered since 26 December 2022. Sunny Deol's real name is written in this advertisement.

Bank will auction the bungalow

In a news report of the agency, it has been said that 'Sunny Villa' located in Juhu area of ​​Mumbai has been put up for e-auction. This bungalow is spread over 599.44 square meters. Sunny Deol has been declared a debtor by the bank. While his guarantee has been given by Dharmendra Singh Deol and Sunny Sounds Private Limited.

The bank says that it is going to auction this bungalow under the SARFAESI Act. Its reserve price has been kept at Rs 51.43 crore. At the same time, it has been said to deposit about Rs 5.14 crore to participate in the auction.

It has been said by Bank of Baroda that before the auction, interested customers can visit this bungalow on September 14 between 11 am to 1 pm. However, it has also been clarified by the bank that if the borrower pays all the dues and fees etc. before the auction of the bungalow, then he can get back the property papers kept as a guarantee.
