Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal started the election campaign in Madhya Pradesh on Sunday. Earlier, he had promised ten guarantees to the public in Chhattisgarh. Now he has made the same promises to the people of Madhya Pradesh as well. While addressing the public meeting in Satna, Arvind Kejriwal first attacked the Shivraj government of the state for corruption. He took a dig at Shivraj Singh Chouhan that he is called maternal uncle in the state but maternal uncle cheated his nephews.
The special thing is that CM Arvind Kejriwal has made a scathing attack on the government of Madhya Pradesh regarding corruption on the lines of Congress itself. He said that there is a BJP government in Madhya Pradesh for a long time and during this time corruption has reached its peak in the state. One of our guarantees is to make a corruption free state. Just like we made Punjab and Delhi corruption free, now we want to make Madhya Pradesh as well.
Opposition parties targeted – they forget promises
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal targeted other political parties regarding their manifestos. He said that earlier political parties used to forget the promises after releasing the election manifestos, but since the Aam Aadmi Party has started fulfilling the promises, they have also become alert. Kejriwal said that other parties copy us. He said that ever since we started calling the manifesto a guarantee, all the parties also started calling it a guarantee.
Kejriwal's promises of guarantee in MP as well
Arvind Kejriwal has also promised many guarantees to the people of Madhya Pradesh. His biggest guarantees include electricity, education and health. Here also he guaranteed 24-hour free electricity to the state. Along with this, he said that just like we had waived off all the old electricity bills till the formation of the government in Punjab, in the same way the entire outstanding electricity bills till November 30 will be waived off in Madhya Pradesh.
Promise of government job without recommendation
Apart from this, he also guaranteed to brighten the state's government schools, provide good education to the children of the poor there, free treatment in government hospitals, free tests and opening Mohalla Clinics in every village. At the same time, he said that on forming our government here, like Punjab and Delhi, the youth will get government jobs without recommendation and will curb corruption. In Madhya Pradesh too, now no one will have a temporary job, everyone will be confirmed.
