Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Infection of female reproductive organs with sexually transmitted bacteria. Due to which also women have to face a lot of pain. 

Adenomyosis

Transformation of the tissues of the uterus into muscular tissue walls. Because of which the uterus starts shrinking. Due to which there is a lot of pain. 

Cervical Stenosis

The opening of the cervix of some women is very small due to which there is a problem in menstrual blood flow. This puts a lot of pressure on the uterus. Because of which women feel severe pain.  

This is the reason why women feel severe pain in the lower abdomen during periods. And due to this there is pain in the back as well.
