Earlier, the Chief Justice ordered that he be released immediately. The Supreme Court asked Imran Khan to appear in the Islamabad High Court on Friday (May 12). Along with this, the bench of Pak Chief Justice said that you (Imran Khan) will have to accept the decision of the High Court.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court reprimanded NAB after the arrest of Imran Khan. During the hearing, the three-judge bench admitted that NAB had insulted the court. Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial questioned the arrest of Imran Khan from the court premises. Along with this, the Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday directed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to produce PTI Chairman Imran Khan in the court within an hour. After appearing in the court, the Chief Justice issued the order for the release of the PTI chief.
Dangerous trend has to be stopped: SC
Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial said that the court is very serious about this matter. In this matter, the court will issue appropriate order today itself. Chief Justice Bandyal said how a person can be arrested from the court premises. The court has its own dignity. No one will be able to feel safe in the court after the arrest of Imran Khan. Arrest in court premises is a dangerous trend. This should be stopped.
