Investors of 3 companies of Adani Group can get benefit soon. The reason for this is Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange giving a new good news regarding the shares of these companies.

The stars of Adani Group are seen coming out of the dust. Now BSE and NSE have given big relief to 3 companies of the group, which is great news for those investing in the shares of these companies. These three companies of Adani Group are Adani Total Gas Limited, Adani Transmission Limited and Adani Green Energy Limited.

In fact, both the stock exchanges had increased their surveillance on the shares of these three companies of Adani Group. The shares of these three were kept under the purview of the Additional Surveillance Measures (ASM) framework, from which they have now been excluded.

Companies will be out of ASM from May 15

BSE and NSE are going to take the shares of these three companies out of the ASM framework from May 15. Earlier, to protect the interests of the shareholders of these companies, the stock exchange had placed them in the ASM framework. Adani Total Gas and Adani Transmission were placed in this range on 24 March. While Adani Green Energy was brought into this framework only last month.

Adani Transmission will raise 8,500 crores

Meanwhile, the Board of Directors of Adani Transmission Company has approved a plan to raise Rs 8,500 crore from the market. Adani Transmission will raise this amount through qualified institutional placement. At the same time, Adani Enterprises has also made a plan to raise Rs 12,500 crore through this route. In this way Adani Group is going to raise Rs 21,000 crore from the market.

Adani Group companies have been in a bad condition ever since the Hindenburg Research report came out. Because of this, the company is continuously facing difficulty in raising money from the market. But now the boards of different companies of the group have approved raising money through the market.

Hindenburg Research had made serious allegations

America's short seller company Hindenburg Research released a report against the Adani group at the end of January. In the report, the group was accused of inflating the shares of its companies and committing accounting fraud. Not only this, questions were also raised in the report regarding Adani Group's loan of Rs 2 lakh crore. Since the arrival of this report, huge ups and downs are being seen in the shares of Adani Group companies.
