According to media reports, this incident is from New York. The police arrested 35-year-old Aurelia Sugia, who lives here. There is an allegation against him that on the pretext of helping an elderly woman, he got his three crore house in his name for just 800 rupees. When this story came in front of the world, people were surprised. For further action, the police sent the matter to the court where the woman is crying out to the judge that she has not committed this mistake.

When the woman was presented in the court, she told the judge that those who are accusing her of usurping the house. She used to come to their house to serve 78 year old Rosemary Mika and for that she used to call him Mika herself and she was more than happy with my service. In such a situation, she herself said that she will give this luxurious house to me. Sugia even said in the court that he also has the recording of the conversation between the two.
After this, Mika said that Sugia's statement was wrong, he said that I never told anyone that I would give my house to someone. Though I used to invite Sugia to my house but she has taken wrong advantage of my trust. On this, Sugia told Mika that she is lying completely. I have all those recordings with me. In which Mika himself talked about naming the house after me. Apart from this, I have the ticket on the day of signing the deed. From which we went to the registry office. Presently the matter is going on in the court.
